"Points Add Up, But Rewards Feel Underwhelming"
I mean, the points do add up over time, which is nice, but the rewards have been feeling kind of cheap lately. Like, I used to be more excited to redeem them, but now it just doesn’t feel as worth it.

I’ve signed up for plenty of sites before, so I didn’t expect this to be a big deal, but the registration process took forever. After waiting and trying to get through it, it still didn’t even work. Frustrating experience overall.

I expected the age check to feel annoying or make the site seem pushy, but it was straightforward. They asked for age info right away, which I actually appreciated since it keeps the adult stuff where it should be. The emails are easy to manage too, so overall it ended up being a lot smoother than I thought.

"Account issues left me feeling uneasy"
I had some problems with my Marlboro account that made me nervous. I was getting login alerts I didn’t recognize, and trying to reset my password felt slower and more confusing than it should’ve been. When I reached out to support, the replies were really basic and kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. For a site that has personal info, the security side should feel a lot more solid. I don’t really feel comfortable using it now.

I’ll give Marlboro credit, most of the product info seems accurate and it was helpful at first. But i got a little frustrated quickly because some of the details felt too basic. I was expecting the differences to be easier to understand, and instead I had to click around and piece things together myself. It’s not a terrible experience or anything, and I did find what I needed eventually, but I definitely think it could be clearer

I kept getting emails and letters from them, but when I actually needed support, the replies were slow and didn’t really solve much. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was definitely frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. after all the hassle, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a gesture to make it right

The deals do help sometimes, but the prices still feel a little too high for what you actually get. It’s not terrible, just kinda feels like it should be cheaper.

I keep getting emails about special offers, but when I actually try to use them, suddenly I’m not eligible. The site itself works fine, but it’s frustrating and feels kind of pointless to send people deals they can’t use. It would just be decent to make the terms clearer upfront or only send offers that actually apply.

I mostly go on marlboro for the sweepstakes and coupons, but lately it’s been kind of frustrating. I’ll log in, click through a promo, and then it suddenly says I’m not eligible, which feels like a waste of time. Some of the prizes do look cool, but I never hear anything back, so it’s like... I don’t know. The site also runs slow for me. I’m giving it 2 stars because there are offers here and there, but overall it’s just more annoying than it needs to be.

"Smooth and Easy to Use"
I pulled up marlboro on my phone and it loaded fast, which surprised me. Even after I had to log in, the pages didn’t freeze or take forever to load. My brother was nearby and even commented that it was way smoother than a lot of other brand sites we’ve used. Overall, solid experience.

"Coupons Are Underwhelming"
I check marlboro.com every so often hoping there’ll be a decent coupon, but most of the time there’s either nothing useful or it’s such a small offer it barely feels worth it. I remember once checking while eating a weirdly cold gas station hot dog in my car, and even then I thought, yeah, this isn’t really why I signed up. Kind of disappointing overall.

I’ve been with Marlboro for years, so I still hop on the site every now and then. It mostly works, but the login can be a pain and some pages load slower than I’d like. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but it’s not exactly impressive either. I stick around because I know the brand, though I do find myself double-checking things because I don’t like feeling like I’m getting fooled or led into something without realizing it.

"Coupon Hassle That Felt Pointless"
I usually check marlboro because my dad got me in the habit of looking for coupons before heading to the store, so I figured I’d use one that showed up in my account. I was able to log in without any issue, but the coupon page kept loading strangely and then claimed it had already been used. I tried again later and it finally appeared, but when I brought it to the store, the scanner wouldn’t accept it. Ended up paying full price anyway, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. Customer support did get back to me after a few days, but they only gave me the usual basic troubleshooting steps. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

The site was just annoying to use. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept clicking around in circles trying to find basic info. Super simple stuff. Some pages loaded weird too, which made it even more frustrating. Not a smooth experience at all. I ended up giving up after a few minutes.
